Associate Owner’s Representative
Preston is a licensed landscape architect with experience managing high-end residential, hospitality, and urban projects across the country. Originally from the East Coast and now based in New York City, he has worked extensively in both Central Texas and the Bay Area, shaping a diverse portfolio of built and conceptual work.
Preston’s approach blends technical rigor with a strong design sensibility, prioritizing clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and meticulous coordination with architects, contractors, engineers, and owners. He is committed to delivering refined, world-class projects and ensuring a smooth process from early planning through construction.
He holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from Auburn University. Outside of work, Preston enjoys exploring New York’s neighborhoods, staying active, and taking on creative projects that keep him inspired.
