Owner Representation & Project Management
Peak can add value at virtually any stage of a project's lifecycle - from property evaluation and acquisition through planning, design, permitting, pre-construction, and construction.
While the greatest opportunity to influence outcomes exists when Peak is engaged early, clients often engage Peak after a property has been acquired, a team has been assembled, or a project is already underway. We bring clarity, alignment, risk mitigation, accountability, and experienced leadership to help projects move confidently toward successful outcomes.
Why Peak Projects?
Peak combines the experience and resources of North America's largest dedicated luxury residential Owner's Representation firm with the responsiveness, continuity, and personal attention of a boutique practice.
Every engagement is led by an experienced Regional Principal and supported by a highly experienced regional team that understands the local market, remains actively involved throughout the project, and draws upon the collective knowledge, relationships, and best practices developed across more than 360 complex residential projects throughout North America.
The result is highly personalized guidance, exceptional depth of experience, and independent leadership focused on one thing: the success of your project.

Better Decisions
We reduce decision fatigue by clarifying options, surfacing tradeoffs, and helping owners make informed decisions with confidence.

The project lifecycle above illustrates how Peak supports owners throughout the course of a project. While Real Estate Advisory & Due Diligence is frequently provided as a standalone engagement, most clients retain Peak as their independent Owner's Representative, with our role evolving to meet the project's needs from the point of engagement through project closeout and estate readiness.
Peak is typically engaged on a monthly retainer or time-and-materials basis, with the level of support adapting as the project progresses. Our fees are not tied to construction costs, design fees, or project spend, helping ensure our guidance remains objective and aligned with the owner's interests.
