Owner’s Representative

Paige’s passion for design, development, and construction began at Virginia Tech, where she earned her degree in Real Estate Development and Building Construction through the School of Architecture. She built her career working alongside some of the industry's most respected developers, contractors, architects, and consultants on complex, high-profile projects across the country.

Having worked on both the contractor and owner's representative sides of the industry, Paige brings a unique perspective to the development process and a deep appreciation for the collaboration required to successfully execute projects. Her experience spans large-scale hospitality, mixed-use, commercial, food and beverage, entertainment, and lifestyle-focused developments.

Known for her collaborative approach, strong work ethic, and attention to detail, Paige excels at building relationships, solving challenges, and helping clients achieve their goals.

Now based in Southern California, Paige enjoys playing indoor and beach volleyball, attending live music events, and spending time with family and friends.
