Nick Sarro leads Peak Projects' Northwest region, supporting clients, family offices, and advisors throughout Northern California, the San Francisco Bay Area, Marin County, Napa Valley, Sonoma County, the Monterey Peninsula, Lake Tahoe, Seattle, the San Juan Islands, and other premier residential markets across the region.
With more than 18 years of experience leading complex projects and building high-performing teams, Nick specializes in owner representation, project management, real estate advisory, and due diligence for custom homes, significant renovations, family compounds, waterfront properties, and other highly complex residential projects.
Nick's approach is grounded in three principles: Exceptional stakeholder communication, owner-focused strategy, and clear guidance through complex decisions. He is particularly passionate about building strong partnerships and creating alignment among owners, advisors, architects, builders, designers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
Early industry exposure at DPR Construction helped shape Nick's leadership philosophy and commitment to delivering exceptional project outcomes. Prior to that, he learned the fundamentals of construction working summers for both his uncle's high-end homebuilding company and his father's painting business.
A native East Coaster, Nick attended Brown University, where he met Peak Founder and CEO Grant Bowen while captaining their Track & Field and Cross Country teams. Today he calls San Francisco home and enjoys exploring Marin's hiking trails, playing the region's world-class golf courses, and spending time with his wife, family and friends.
