Mark Armstrong leads Peak Projects' East Coast and Florida/Caribbean regions, supporting clients, family offices, and advisors throughout New York City, the Hamptons, Hudson Valley, Connecticut, Boston, Cape Cod, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Miami, Palm Beach, Jupiter, Naples, Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, the Dominican Republic, and other premier residential and resort markets across the region.

With extensive experience leading complex residential projects, Mark specializes in owner representation, project management, real estate advisory, and due diligence for custom homes, family compounds, luxury residences, penthouses, waterfront estates, significant renovations, and other highly complex residential projects. His expertise spans project governance, budgeting, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, team leadership, and construction execution.

Mark's career includes leadership roles on some of the country's most notable residential developments, including One57 and 432 Park Avenue. More recently, he oversaw the delivery of a 50,000-square-foot family compound in Southampton, New York, and a 20,000-square-foot penthouse residence on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

Known for his collaborative leadership style and results-driven approach, Mark helps owners, advisors, architects, builders, and consultants navigate complexity, align stakeholders, and successfully execute projects with exceptional expectations for quality and performance.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Economics from St. Lawrence University and has pursued additional studies in Construction Budgets and Financial Management at New York University.

He is also a member of the White House Historical Association's Next-Gen Leaders cohort, reflecting his passion for history, education, and cultural stewardship.

Mark lives in New York with his wife and two sons and enjoys hockey, hiking, fishing, golf, and painting.
