Lani is a fifth-generation San Francisco native with experience managing real estate development and construction projects across the globe. Her portfolio includes hospitality renovations for 5-star resorts on Maui, Fortune 500 headquarters from Toronto to Singapore, and ground-up student housing on California’s central coast.
She leads projects through all phases, from pre-construction to closeout, with a focus on financial forecasting, contract management, and team coordination. Known for her relationship-driven approach, Lani excels at mitigating risk, streamlining communication, and delivering complex, multi-phase projects with efficiency and precision.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and minor in Communication Studies from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Outside of work, Lani is also a certified holistic nutritionist and dedicated yogi who can often be found crafting new plant-based recipes, surfing, and exploring the local shops and sights of the Bay Area.
