Kristina Markula
Director of People Operations
Kristina brings over 23 years of project management and operations experience across a variety of industries and company sizes. After leaving Colorado and moving to San Francisco, she began a high-energy career in marketing as a producer and project manager, servicing clients like Microsoft, HP, and Coca-Cola. For the last 11 years, Kristina has applied her skill set to the discipline of construction management, managing complex luxury residential projects with notable architects in the Bay Area as well as implementing systems to enhance the client experience.
As a key member of the operations team, Kristina now focuses her expertise on HR, recruiting, and L&D. She enjoys engaging with various aspects of the business and mentoring the team, focusing on developing people internally while building modern processes that support sustainable company growth.
Kristina holds a B.S. in Journalism from CU Boulder and currently resides in Marin County with her fiancé and their dog. In her free time, she enjoys activities that require sunscreen, especially golf. Her other interests include art, reading, live music, food, friends, hiking, swimming, skiing, travel, and adventure.
