Karly has a diverse background in real estate ranging from construction and development management to architecture and interior design. She uses this range of experience to approach projects with a strong value for relationships and encourages open, honest communication. Particularly passionate about design, Karly has a strong eye for detail, creating innovative solutions and upholding design intent as challenges arise. She's worked on a variety of projects across the country including luxury multifamily, hospitality, student housing, modular construction, and countless fit-outs. Karly is committed to creating unique and functional spaces that enhance the lives of the end user.
Originally from Philadelphia, Karly is now based in San Diego. She received her bachelors of science in Architecture at the University of Virginia. Outside of work, Karly loves to stay active with beach volleyball, hikes with her dog and collecting stamps in her passport. Nothing inspires her more than a good view and experiencing new cultures.
