Joe Aurilia
COO
Joe brings over two decades of operational leadership to Peak Projects, with a career defined by scaling complex organizations and managing high-stakes projects.
He began his career at AT&T before spending six years at IBM as a Senior Enterprise Architect, immersed in the enterprise integration work behind the mega-mergers that reshaped the American telecommunications industry, including AT&T, SBC, BellSouth, and Cingular. He later founded EcoMen Solar, growing it from concept to a multi-state operation, an experience that sharpened his instinct for building operational infrastructure that scales without losing efficiency. Most recently, Joe served as the founding U.S. executive and operational lead at Cyware, helping drive 10X revenue growth while securing $70M in venture capital across multiple funding rounds.
A New York native, Joe holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Rutgers University and an MBA in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. Now based in North Carolina, with his wife and daughter, he enjoys staying active through cycling, hiking, and skiing.
