Erin Hayes leads Peak Projects’ Mountain West region, specializing in luxury residential owner representation, real estate advisory, and complex custom home projects across Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, and surrounding markets.
A 30-year Big Sky resident with decades of experience in high-end residential construction and project leadership, Erin is known for guiding sophisticated projects from early property evaluation, due diligence and team assembly through construction and activation. His expertise spans large-scale custom homes, compounds, and architecturally significant residential projects in premier mountain communities including Yellowstone Club, Spanish Peaks, Moonlight Basin, Jackson Hole, Aspen, and Park City.
Prior to joining Peak Projects, Erin spent 18 years helping lead a high-end custom home general contracting firm, overseeing the execution of complex residential projects throughout the Mountain West. His deep regional relationships, construction expertise, and understanding of mountain development challenges make him a trusted advisor to clients, family offices, architects, and project teams navigating complex residential builds.
Erin is particularly valued for his ability to curate exceptional teams, align stakeholders, and create clear project structure in highly dynamic environments - helping clients protect both vision and investment throughout the project lifecycle.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, mountain biking, fly fishing, and adventuring throughout the Mountain West with his wife Marne and their two Vizslas.
