Elisa Baptista
Associate Owner’s Representative
With a background in design, Elisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Northeastern University and has experience across high-end residential projects and project coordination. Having worked in both studio and design-build environments, she focuses on clear communication, strong organization, and keeping projects moving smoothly from concept through construction.
Her interest in project management grew out of architecture school, where she developed an appreciation for both the iterative nature of design and seeing ideas begin to take shape in the real world.
Born and raised in Miami, Elisa still calls it home but has long been drawn to the pace and energy of New York. She now splits her time between the two cities. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends, and being near the water whenever she can.
