Derek began his construction career working on-site as a laborer where he helped renovate homes for family and friends. That early hands-on experience laid the foundation for his later experience in the high-end residential and commercial sectors, where he contributed to a wide range of projects across Los Angeles and Montana on a variety of project types.
He earned a degree in International Business from UC San Diego with a minor in Real Estate Development, and competed as a swimmer on the university's NCAA team. Derek is passionate on delivering projects with the utmost client satisfaction using his keen eye for detail and collaborative skills.
When he is not on a job site, you'll likely find Derek at the beach, painting, or traveling with friends. Derek is also a beach lifeguard in Los Angeles and he brings the same discipline to his work in construction - always ready, always alert, and always working as a part of a team.
