He contributed to major projects such as the Yale School of Art & Architecture renovation and The American University in Dubai, and his most meaningful experience was taking part in the World Trade Center Site Design Competition alongside Richard Meier, Gwathmey, Eisenman, and Holl. Since 2005, he has managed custom residential projects across the U.S. and internationally, including Singapore, Australia, Puerto Rico, Manhattan, Aspen, Big Sky, Austin, Los Angeles, and Seattle.

Originally from Wisconsin, Brian began as a mason in 1989, specializing in historic restoration. His love of natural stone and photography continues to influence his work. After moving to Seattle in 2007, he became an avid sailor and, since 2023, has logged 6,000 km of offshore racing across the Atlantic, North Pacific, and Puget Sound. Outside of work, Brian enjoys traveling with his wife and two sons and lives in Seattle, WA.
