Aaron Dresben

Aaron Dresben leads Peak Projects' Southwest region, supporting clients, family offices, and advisors throughout Southern California, Hawaii, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and other premier residential markets across the region. His experience spans owner representation, project management, real estate advisory, and due diligence for custom homes, significant renovations, waterfront properties, mountain residences, and other highly complex residential projects.
Aaron has devoted his entire career to the planning, design, and execution of exceptional residential projects. He began his career in New York working on the record-setting 220 Central Park South before returning to Los Angeles to serve as a Senior Project Manager with the award-winning design-build firm Marmol Radziner.
His background in architecture and design-build delivery provides a unique perspective on the relationships between owners, architects, builders, and consultants. Aaron is known for his collaborative approach, deep understanding of the design process, and ability to help project teams navigate complexity while maintaining alignment around a shared vision and successful outcome.
A Los Angeles native, Aaron holds a Master of Architecture from Yale University and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and French from the University of California, Berkeley.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time in the ocean, listening to live music, and exploring the outdoors with family and friends.
