Nicholas Pizzonia is a seasoned project management professional with over eight years of experience in planning and coordinating construction projects across both public and private sectors, ranging from less than $1M to greater than $100M in size.
With a strong background in architecture, Nicholas is experienced in overseeing the entire design and construction process, from concept to completion. His comprehensiveknowledge spans all aspects of project delivery, including design and construction team coordination, budget and schedule management,documentation, bid leveling, contract award, fieldwork oversight, and extensive project team leadership.
Additionally, Nicholas has played key roles designing and coordinating the construction of high performance enclosures for multiple U.S. Embassy Compounds, and other large-scale developments.
