Founded in 2014 by Grant Bowen, Peak Projects emerged from a vision to provide expert guidance in complex residential construction, making the process more transparent, collaborative, and enjoyable. Drawing on years of experience managing projects for a prominent family office, Grant recognized the industry's need for independent leadership that not only represents the owner's interests, but also creates the conditions for architects, builders, designers, consultants, and advisors to do their best work together.
Starting as a solo venture, Peak Projects has organically grown into one of North America's leading dedicated residential Owner Representation firms. Today, our highly experienced, multidisciplinary team brings expertise spanning architecture, construction, project management, real estate, finance, and private family office management - providing clients with thoughtful guidance informed by hundreds of complex residential projects.
